These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SubsShare (the "Service"), operated by Bil's Comp under the ViralBoostNow brand ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SubsShare is a creator community platform where users earn virtual coins by engaging with YouTube content (subscribing to channels, liking videos, commenting, and watching videos) and spend coins to receive similar engagement on their own content. The Service uses the YouTube Data API to verify actions and ensure fair participation.
Some features let you purchase virtual coins. Payments are handled by third-party providers — NOWPayments for cryptocurrency (on the web) and Google Play billing (in the app). We do not receive or store your full payment details.
Cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. Please review your order carefully before paying. Coins are credited automatically after the payment provider confirms the payment.
For purchases made through Google Play, Google's refund policies apply. In all cases, purchased coins remain virtual credits with no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash (see Section 3).

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms, including accounts that repeatedly undo completed actions, use automation, or exceed fair-use limits. Banned accounts forfeit any remaining coin balance.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
SubsShare uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge Google's Privacy Policy. We request read-only access and use YouTube API data only to verify engagement actions; we do not post, modify, or delete anything on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that campaigns will receive the exact number of engagements requested, as actions depend on community participation. We are not responsible for any changes YouTube makes to its platform or API that affect the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bil's Comp (ViralBoostNow) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any loss of coins or campaign data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
