CreatorMatchPrivacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ViralBoostNow ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use CreatorMatch (the "App"), our analytics and collaboration tool for YouTube creators. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
CreatorMatch shows you your own channel analytics and the creators you follow, and lets you manage your own channel — reply to and moderate comments on your own videos, and create and organize your own playlists. Every action is initiated by you, one at a time, on your own account. It never acts automatically, never touches a channel you don't own, never rewards or exchanges engagement, and has no coins, tasks, or paid-engagement system.
1. Information We Collect
- Google account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile picture.
- Your own YouTube channel. With your permission we read
your channel name, channel ID, channel URL, and public statistics
(subscriber count, video count, total views) to display your analytics —
via the YouTube Data API v3 (
channels.list,mine=true). - Your own subscriptions. We read the list of channels you
follow to show them and recommend similar creators to collaborate with
(
subscriptions.list,mine=true). - Your own comments and playlists. When you use the
channel-management features, we read and — only at your explicit tap — reply
to or moderate comments on your own videos and create/modify your own
playlists (
commentThreads,comments,playlists,playlistItems). We act only on your own account and only when you initiate the action. - Minimal account record. The mobile app stores a basic account record and a session token so you stay signed in. The web app reads your YouTube data in your browser for the current session and does not store it on a server.
We do not collect or process task, coin, campaign, or paid-engagement data — the App has no such features.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate you and display your own channel analytics.
- To show the creators you follow and recommend potential collaborators.
- To keep the App stable and secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. YouTube API Services
The App uses YouTube API Services. By using the App you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and your data retrieved through YouTube is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
CreatorMatch's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We request the youtube.force-ssl scope. We use it to read your
own channel, subscriptions, videos, comments, and playlists, and — only when
you explicitly tap a control — to reply to or moderate comments
on your own videos and to create, add to, or delete your own playlists. We never
post, moderate, subscribe, or change anything without your per-action
instruction, and never on a channel you don't own. You can revoke the App's
access at any time via your
Google security settings.
4. How We Share Information
- Google / YouTube — to authenticate you and read your own data.
- Service providers — our hosting/database provider, strictly to operate the App.
- We share only what is necessary, and we never sell your data.
5. Data Storage & Security
Where data is stored (the mobile account record), it is kept in a secured PostgreSQL database protected with authentication tokens and transport encryption (HTTPS).
6. Data Retention & Account Deletion
You can delete your account and disconnect YouTube access at any time:
- In the App: Profile → Delete account, or Sign out & revoke access.
- By request: email us from your registered address.
On deletion we permanently remove your account record and stored access tokens within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
