Delete Your SubsShare Account

You can delete your SubsShare account at any time, directly from within the app. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the SubsShare app on your Android device.
  2. Tap the Profile tab (bottom navigation).
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account".
  4. Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.
Note: You must be signed in to delete your account. If you no longer have access to the app, contact us at our contact page and we will process your deletion request manually within 30 days.

What data is deleted

Data retention

No personal data is retained after account deletion. Aggregated, anonymised analytics that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely.

Revoking Google access

After deleting your account, we recommend also revoking app permissions from your Google Account: go to myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove SubsShare.
