Our Commitment

SubsShare has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to providing a safe environment for all users and complying with all applicable laws and regulations worldwide.

Prohibited Conduct

Any content or behavior that involves, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse material (CSAM), inappropriate interactions with minors, or any form of child exploitation is strictly prohibited. Violators will be permanently banned and reported to the relevant authorities.

In-App Reporting

SubsShare provides an in-app reporting mechanism that allows users to report content, accounts, or behavior that violates our safety policies. Reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team.

Reporting to Authorities

SubsShare reports all confirmed cases of CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or regional authorities as required by law.

Prevention Measures

We implement technical and procedural safeguards to detect, prevent, and respond to CSAE, including content moderation, user reporting tools, and cooperation with law enforcement.
